- Worked with a 6-engineer startup applying machine learning to malware DNA analysis — a sophisticated microservices pipeline for dissecting samples at scale — reworking service boundaries toward hexagonal architecture so key components became easy to change.
- Built a local dev/debug setup so engineers could isolate services previously only runnable in Docker — rebuild-and-wait became seconds.

- A private-equity buyer had acquired several elevator parts manufacturers, each with its own CPQ system. Replaced them with one integrated platform, so customers could order a complete elevator instead of assembling it vendor by vendor — delivered working with the CIO and CFO.
- Set up AWS-based CI/CD delivering into both the VPC and Vantage’s own premises.
